VI. The Management can not accept liability for any loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicant or any member of the Party, or their property, during the period any of the Party are on our premises.

VII. Vacancies are offered subject to being un-booked at the time of receipt of deposit.

VIII. No allowance can be made if rooms are vacated early.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

I. The Party shall be as stated on the Booking Form unless agreement to vary has been given in writing. Only those persons listed shall use the accommodation.

II. Balance payable before departure.

III. The accommodation occupied by you together with the furnishings, fittings and utensils must be kept in a reasonable condition and left in the same state upon departure at the conclusion of your holiday. Damages and breakages must be reported and may be charged for.

IV. Reservations are deemed to commence as from 2.00pm on the stated day of arrival, 4pm on Sunday & Wednesday, and to terminate at 10.30am on the day of departure.

V. Cancellations - in the event you are unable to occupy the accommodation you have reserved please advise us in writing giving a minimum of five working days notice. The accommodation will be offered for re-letting and, if this is successful, your deposit less any expenses we may have incurred will be returned. We regret that in the event of the accommodation not being re-let you will remain liable for payment in full.
